How do Fee Credits Work

Rules

  • Click Join to participate. Only eligible trading volume generated after joining the campaign will be counted automatically. Trading volume generated before joining will not be counted.
  • Users may switch to another campaign at any time. Upon switching, your progress in the current campaign will be preserved. However, any trading volume or activity generated after switching will not be counted toward this campaign unless you rejoin it. Upon rejoining, only new eligible activity generated after rejoining will be counted.
  • If a user participates in multiple campaigns organized by TxFlow simultaneously, TxFlow reserves the right to award only the campaign with the highest reward value. Rewards from all other eligible campaigns may be forfeited.
  • Rewards are determined based on the highest reward pool unlocked by the campaign’s total eligible trading volume at the end of the campaign. The maximum reward pool is $35,000 in Fee Credits.
  • The more eligible trading volume generated during the campaign, the larger the reward pool unlocked for all participants.
  • Your final Fee Credit reward is calculated based on your share of the campaign’s total eligible taker net trading fees paid. The maximum reward per participant is 20% of the final unlocked reward pool. For the avoidance of doubt, if a user is entitled to less than 0.01 Fee Credits, no Fee Credits will be distributed to the user. In the event any user fails to claim any claimable and/or eligible Fee Credits, TxFlow shall have the sole and absolute discretion to forfeit any such unclaimed Fee Credits.
  • Fee Credit rewards will be distributed within 5 business days after the campaign ends.
  • Fee Credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may only be used to offset eligible trading fees on TxFlow.
  • Only perpetual taker trading volume is eligible and will count toward campaign progress and reward calculation. Perpetual maker trading volume will not be counted.
  • Trades in which the same account acts as both the taker and the maker shall be regarded as self-trading. Trading volume generated through self-trading or any transactions identified as self-matched will be excluded from the campaign.
  • Trading volume attributable to Fee Credit redemptions shall not count towards eligible campaign trading volume. For the avoidance of doubt, where a user redeems Fee Credits to offset transaction fees, the corresponding trading volume shall be excluded from campaign progress on a pro-rata basis.
  • Trading volume generated from transactions with no actual trading fee is excluded from the eligible campaign trading volume. For example, perpetual futures maker trades by VIP Level 4–6 users shall be excluded.
  • Estimated trading volume, reward pool progress, and estimated rewards displayed on the campaign page are for reference only. Final results will be determined after the campaign concludes.
  • All participating users must strictly abide by the TxFlow Terms of Use.
  • Only perpetual taker trading volume generated from positions held for at least 1 minute will be counted. Only perp volume generated through manual trading is eligible and will count toward the campaign. TxFlow reserves the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any trades and/or users suspected of using bots and/or any other means whatsoever that TxFlow may deem not manual trading, from being eligible for rewards.
  • The rewards are limited to only one per user; bulk registered accounts will not be eligible for rewards.
  • TxFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • TxFlow also reserves the right to disqualify any participant and to forfeit any rewards at TxFlow's sole discretion without notice.
  • TxFlow's interpretation of these terms is final. In the event of any dispute, TxFlow's decision shall be binding.
  • Crypto futures trading carries a substantial risk. All trading activities are done at your discretion and at your own risk. The information here should not be regarded as financial or investment advice from TxFlow. TxFlow will not be liable for any loss that might arise from your use of TxFlow.
  • Due to the inherent volatility of digital asset markets, returns from any TxFlow trading campaign may fluctuate and are not guaranteed.
  • TxFlow will not be responsible or liable for any losses (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits) resulting from or arising directly or indirectly out of your participation in this campaign.
  • TxFlow may recover any rewards distributed in error or to a disqualified participant, including but not limited to cancelling the associated fee credits/rewards.
  • TxFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability during the campaign and is not liable for losses arising from downtime, on-chain delays, or force majeure events.
